The Cincinnati Bengals are affectionately known as the "Bungles" and
have a reputation of being one of the loser franchises in the NFL. That seems a
little harsh when you consider that they have appeared in two Super Bowls, and
acquitted themselves well in both. Unfortunately they ran into the 49ers on both
occasions and lost narrowly. The Bengals are destined for a brighter future with
Carson Palmer as their quarterback, and should be back in the Super Bowl before
too long.
