#818 WESTERN MICHIGAN (-) over E Michigan by 20 at 7 PM EST
University Arena in Kalamazoo is a tough place to play. Since the start of the 2001 season, Western Michigan is a solid 54-13 SU and 35-25-1 ATS in its own backyard including a strong 14-6-1 ATS in this role matched up against an opponent that owns a won/loss percentage less than .450. This is one reason why I like the Broncos in this game. Here's the other.
In the MAC Conference Tournament road or neutral teams running with three days of rest (or less) are a disturbing 5-29 SU And 7-27 ATS provided they take the court with same season double revenge. Amazingly, if their opponent is coming off a home game, this situation crashes to an ugly 0-12 SU and ATS and the visitor has lost by an average of 20.1 points per game! Eastern Michigan is stuck in this nasty "play against" set.
As a guest battling a foe that enters off back-to-back SU and ATS losses, EMU is a woeful 6-16 ATS in its last 22 games. The Broncos got steamrolled by the Huskies of Northern Illinois two days ago on this court. Tonight will be their night. Take WESTERN MICHIGAN. Thank you and best of luck, Tom Stryker.
