The NHL's best home team at 9-1-0, the Avalanche were 0-3-0 on a four-game road trip and 2-7-1 away from Denver overall before winning 3-2 at Edmonton on Thursday. The Flames are struggling right now, especially on the road; Calgary is a poor 3-7 their last 10 overall and a deplorable 0-5 their last five when playing the Av?s at the Pepsi Center. Look for the AVALANCHE to continue their dominance at home and improve to 8-1 their last nine vs. Calgary.
